Who handles your information

OMNI CALL NETWORK LLC owns and operates Oregon Plumbing Connect. For privacy questions or requests about your information, use the company contact details on this page.

Information you provide

The service form collects your name, phone number, ZIP code, optional community, requested service, brief description, and confirmation that you asked to be contacted. Do not submit payment details, access codes, or sensitive information.

How a request is used and shared

We use your request to respond, manage the inquiry, and, when appropriate, share it with an independent provider who may contact you about the requested plumbing service. Providers have their own practices. Submitting does not authorize unrelated marketing or automated promotional texts. No automatic partner distribution is configured in this website.

Hosting and security

Cloudflare hosts the application and stores requests in its database. Its Turnstile service verifies form submissions to reduce abuse and may process browser and network information. The application uses a short-lived hash derived from an IP address for rate limiting; raw IP addresses are not stored in the lead record.

Optional measurement and attribution

Optional measurement is off until you allow it in Privacy preferences. With permission, this site keeps campaign parameters, click identifiers, landing-page path, and page context in session storage and attaches that attribution to a submitted request. Application measurement events contain page and action information, never form fields. No advertising or analytics vendor is enabled by default. Declining optional measurement does not prevent requests.

Storage and retention

Your measurement preference is stored in this browser. Request records are automatically deleted after 90 days by the scheduled cleanup, and abuse-control records after their short retention window. The operator may delete a request sooner. Separate provider records and Cloudflare operational records follow their respective policies.

Your choices

You can decline or withdraw optional measurement through Privacy preferences and use the company contact details on this page to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your request. We may need to verify the request. Avoid sending sensitive documents until a secure process is agreed.

Changes

We will update this notice if data collection, recipients, or measurement changes. Essential form and security processing continues when optional measurement is declined.
